For contractors & handymen with small crews

Your estimates aren't losing to price. They're losing to silence.

You did the site visit. You wrote the quote. You sent it. Then… nothing. Not a no — just silence, while you got back to work and forgot to chase it. The Estimate Follow-Up Kit is the simple system that fixes that: every open quote in one spreadsheet, every follow-up batched into 15 minutes on Friday.

One-time payment. No subscription. No CRM to learn.

What's inside the kit

Built around a system contractors already use by hand — one spreadsheet with every quote in it, and follow-ups done in one weekly block. This kit is that system, already built for you.

📋

Quote Tracker spreadsheet

Every open estimate in one place (Google Sheets or Excel). It calculates days-waiting by itself, colour-flags quotes at 3, 7 and 14+ days, and suggests your next move on each one.

🗓️

The Friday Follow-Up Block

A dedicated view that sorts your open quotes by priority — days waiting × quote value — so a single 15-minute block on Friday covers every follow-up you owe.

💬

4 follow-up messages

Day 3, day 7, day 14, and the polite close-out ("should I close the file?") — in short text/WhatsApp and email versions. Written to sound like a human, because they get sent by one. Plus what to reply when they answer.

📖

A short setup guide

Why estimates go cold, how the system works, and how to be running it in about 15 minutes — no new software, nothing to install.

How it works

Three steps, repeated every week.

1

Track every quote

Each estimate you send goes into the tracker: client, job, amount, date sent. The sheet counts the days and flags what's going cold — nothing lives in your head or your text threads anymore.

2

Follow up on Fridays

Open the Friday Block view, work the list top to bottom, send the message that matches each stage. Fifteen minutes, once a week, every open quote touched.

3

Close more of what you quoted

Most "lost" quotes were never a no — they were a not-yet that nobody chased. A short, polite follow-up is often all that was missing.

Simple pricing

Pay once, yours forever. This is the whole offer — no tiers, no upsell maze, no monthly fee.

Honest questions, honest answers

No hype. Here's exactly what this is — and what it isn't.

What exactly am I buying?

A downloadable kit: a spreadsheet (Quote Tracker), four ready-to-send follow-up messages, and a short guide. With the $99 option, we also load your open quotes and set the system up with you. It's a system for following up on estimates — it doesn't find you new leads, and it doesn't promise you'll win any specific job.

Is this a CRM? Does it replace Jobber or Housecall Pro?

No, and no. It's not a CRM and it doesn't try to replace one. It's a single spreadsheet and a weekly habit, built for small crews (1–10 people) who quote by text or email and don't want another subscription or another platform to learn.

What format is it? What do I need to use it?

The tracker comes as an Excel file and a Google Sheets-ready version — the day counters and next-step formulas work in both. The messages and guide are plain documents you can copy, paste and make your own. If you can open a spreadsheet, you can run this.

What if it's not for me?

Email us at alex@servworksolutions.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the kit price. No forms, no hard feelings — if your quotes already get followed up every week, you genuinely don't need this.
